Jaime has been coaching and developing Talent and Leadership for 20 years. He has worked in various industry sectors, including 10 years in the fast-paced Technology sector.
Jaime has collaborated with senior leaders in Global and European Organisations to understand both their needs and their challenges, and designed development programs to enhance the skills of their leaders and teams.
He has worked as a Director of Leadership Development for Sales and Customer Success and won 2 Awards for Being a High Value Partner to the business.
His loves to work with clients that have a vision of where they want to get to, but may not know all the steps to get there, and so use his guidance and expertise to support their vision execution.

How I work with Clients
Jaime works closely with leaders, at all levels in the organisation, to define what the specific needs are for themselves and their teams, which are aligned to their key business objectives.
He designs and delivers leadership development programs for leaders and their managers on: Coaching for Performance, High Performance Teams, Managing Change & Resilience, Strategic Thinking & Planning, Impactful Communication, Team Culture & Engagement, Maximising Team Strengths (using the Clifton Strengths Profiling system), and Emotional Intelligence (using Emotional Intelligence Plus diagnostics).
Because of his background in needs analysis and design of learning programs, Jaime will expertly collaborate with you to understand your needs and challenges, and then will work with the associate team in McGrane Associates to deliver a bespoke solution for your leadership development and coaching requirements.
