The program commences the last week of January 2025.
How long is the Program? It is 3 months duration.
What time of day? The Program is offered in the Evening - to suit work schedules.
How long is each session? 2.5 hours
What is the style of facilitation? It is facilitated in an interactive open style with active participation by all, both in the main group and in smaller group exercises.

Certification?
All those who complete the requirements of the Program successfully will receive a Certification of Completion and Competence.
This Program is designed specifically to develop the coaching skills for Leaders of People, in the workplace.
It is not aiming to qualify you a Life Coach or a Business Coach.
We will teach you how to strategically use coaching as a People Development skill, and how to enhance your team's Performance.
